Commonhand does not sell user data to advertisers.

6. Data retention

Commonhand may retain account, project, transaction, support, and safety records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal/accounting obligations, and maintain marketplace records.

7. Security

Commonhand uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your choices

You may update many profile and project details through your account. For privacy questions, account concerns, or requests regarding your information, contact Commonhand through Support. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or transaction purposes.

9. Children

Commonhand is not intended for children to independently create marketplace accounts or enter project transactions.

10. Policy changes

Commonhand may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The current version will be made available through the site.
